Skilled Nursing
Nurses combine the science of nursing with the art of caring. Nurses are qualified to provide the following services: Wound Care, Injections, HIV Services, Enteral Feeding, Foley Catheter Care, Ostomy Care and Instructions, Glucose Monitoring, Intravenous Treatments, Terminal Care (those who do not elect for Hospice care), Assessment, Teaching and Reassurance, Post Surgical Care, Care for Chronic Medical Conditions
Pediatric Skilled Nursing
Assists children from new born to adults up to 21 years of age and their families to receive the necessary care in the familiar setting oof the child's or patient's home. care is tailored for each patient using the team approach of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Therapists who have chosen pediatrics as their specialty.
Psychiatric Nursing
Trained in behavioral therapy, our nurses do not provide the necessary nursing care but teach patients, and their loved ones, how to deal with challenges that go along with psychiatric disorders.
Home Health Aide
Available for personal care and hygiene needs and light home making services.
Social Services
Medical Social Workers to help patients and their family in coping with the personal and emotional impact of illness and disability. Also, locating financial and community resources and assistance such as home meal delivery or support groups.
Therapy Services
Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists available for specific patient rehabilitative requirements.
Music Therapy
Music has been successful as a therapeutic intervention for children with disabilities. It has been used with persons, of all ages from preschool to late adulthood and with many types of disabilities whether congenital or adventitious. Music therapy may play an important role in developing, maintaining and/or restoring physical functioning.
Enterostomal Consultants
Assist patients to care for their ostomies and/or open wounds in order to restore and maintain their
functional level.
Nutritional Counseling
Our Nutritional Specialist will assess and analyze the various health needs of the patient in regard to diet and exercise. Our nutritional counselor can set achievable health goals and can teach various ways of maintaining these goals throughout his or her lifetime.
